Walnut & Parmesan Bruschetta
from Real Simple


olive oil

1 cup walnuts
1 cup grated parmesan + extra for garnish
1/2 t. kosher salt
1 T. lemon juice
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil


For Bread:

Slice baguette into 3/4″ slices

Brush with olive oil

Broil on low until brown and crispy

For Topping:

Process nuts, parmesan and salt in food processor until crumbly. Add lemon juice. While machine is running, add oil in steady stream. Spread on bread crisps and garnish with grated parmesan.
