a chronicle of weekly meal plans from someone who can't just throw a meal together

(adaptable to various toppings & sauces)


2  Pizza Dough (I used store bought dough)

Sauce (I use leftover homemade or get plain tomato sauce & add basil, oregano & garlic powder)

Shredded or Fresh Mozzarella, sliced

Toppings: mushrooms, olives, spinach, garlic, sausage, pepperoni, onions, you name it


**In the morning  take dough out from freezer or refrigerator and place in oiled bowl. Cover bowl with saran wrap

Preheat Oven to 425°

Roll out pizza dough & place on oiled pans. (I use heavy cookie sheets with raised sides) Top dough with sauce, cheese & toppings.
Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes. If doing two at once, switch halfway through so pizza on bottom doesn’t burn.
