Kale Chips

Ingredients:

1 bunch Kale
olive oil
kosher salt

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350°

Wash Kale leaves whole, then pat dry completely.

(I ripped them up, washed them in strainer and then had to spin them dry & pat them which was ridiculous).

Rip into large pieces.

Place in bowl and mix with olive oil and more salt than you’re comfortable with.

Spread on cookie sheets covered in parchment.

I forgot to time exactly how long I baked them, so here’s basically what I did: Bake for 5 minutes. Check & switch pans around. Bake 5 more minutes. Continue baking, checking every three minutes or so until chips are crispy and just starting to brown on edges.
